Volleyball
Volleyball only has a few motions that truly stress the shoulder. But when done as often as they are they create the overuse type of injuries seen in most non contact sports. The motions that create the most problems in the shoulders for volleyball players are motions involved with spiking, and serving. Both of these motions place significant forces on the shoulder, that are pretty close to throwing a baseball and softball. The player is hitting a ball that is going against the force the player is going to place on it, which creates a momentary resistive force that goes to the shoulder. This isn't a huge force but when done over and over is what creates the overuse injury seen.
