Tennis
Tennis includes some movements that also produce small forces on the shoulder that overtime can wear it down. Most of the this stress occurs when serving the ball, although the forehand and backhand do produce stress on the shoulder. The serving motion of tennis is similar to the motion of throwing a baseball and spiking and serving in volleyball. The main idea with this motion is that you want to keep your shoulder in socket properly and do that by proper technique and strengthening the muscles around the shoulder.
